I started Hollington Law Firm to help ordinary Coloradans take on builders, contractors, and insurers when something goes wrong. Before opening this firm, I spent nearly five years representing large developers, builders, and insurance companies — defending claims involving construction defects, catastrophic injuries, business disputes, and employment litigation. I learned how the other side operates, how they evaluate risk, and how they often try to avoid responsibility. That experience has been invaluable because I know exactly what we're up against.

Although I was raised in Augusta, Georgia, I came west for college at the University of Colorado at Boulder and fell in love with Colorado. I attended the University of Georgia School of Law on a merit scholarship, graduating with honors and serving as an editor of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law. After returning to Colorado to build my practice, I felt increasingly drawn toward helping the people those big companies were ignoring or exploiting. In 2024, I followed that calling and launched Hollington Law Firm.

Today, my practice focuses on representing homeowners in construction defect claims, contractor disputes, and insurance matters. I've been honored to be recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch and named a Super Lawyers Rising Star, but what matters most is earning my clients' trust and delivering real results.

We operate differently than many firms. We don't sign up every case that comes through the door. We're selective — because we want to give each case the time, attention, and strategy it deserves. Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our two dogs, exploring Colorado's outdoors, fly-fishing, golfing, and diving into a great novel whenever I get the chance.
