W. Neal Hollington

My name is W. Neal Hollington and I am a Colorado trial attorney. If you have landed on this site, you are likely dealing with construction defects in your home or having some other dispute with your insurance carrier or contractor. While I am certainly sorry for you and your current situation, I am glad you are here and look forward to the opportunity to meet and work with you.

I grew up in Augusta, Georgia, but made my way out west for undergraduate, where I attended the University of Colorado at Boulder. Following undergraduate, I attended the University of Georgia School of Law on a merit scholarship, where I excelled academically and was honored to be invited to serve as an editor on the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law.

Following law school and passing the bar, I practiced insurance defense in Denver for approximately five years. There, I represented some of the largest insurance carriers and builders in the nation. I routinely defended claims involving construction defects, catastrophic personal injuries, business and commercial disputes, and employment disputes. This was an invaluable experience, as I learned how insurance carriers and big businesses think about and evaluate cases. However, deep down I knew that I felt a calling to represent the "little guy" against these companies.

In 2024, I opened Hollington Law Firm, LLC because ordinary Coloradans need and deserve a trusted advocate to stand up for their rights. I now represent everyday folks in construction defects claims, contractor disputes, and personal injury matters and love what I do. I have consistently been recognized by Best Lawyers as "One to Watch" and can effectively and compassionately guide you through the claim process so that you can obtain full compensation for your loss.

At Hollington Law Firm, we operate differently than many other law firms. Instead of signing up cases with an eye towards settling them quickly and cheaply, we take fewer cases and focus our efforts on winning the maximum amount for our clients. We care about our clients and treat them like our own family. We know that we can make a big difference and impact in our client's lives and the lives of their family members through our work and we take great pride in that fact. With Hollington Law Firm, you will never be treated as just another number or file. Although, we cannot promise or guarantee you results, I will promise that, with us, you will always be timely updated and treated with the dignity and the care that you and your case deserves.

Outside of my law practice, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two dogs. We love spending time exploring the Colorado outdoors. I also enjoy spending time fly-fishing, gardening, golfing, and always am in search of a great novel to read.

My hope for this website is to introduce myself to you, but also provide you with educational resources to help assist you with your legal needs. I will be regularly updating this website with articles and videos to help you along your journey.
