At Hollington Law Firm, we believe the practice of law is not simply a career — it is a calling. A sacred responsibility to stand between the powerful and the powerless, to speak truth into broken systems, and to pursue justice with unwavering integrity and courage. Our mission begins with the truth of Micah 6:8: “What does the Lord require of you but to do justice, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?” That truth is our compass.

We fight for homeowners and consumers who have been mistreated, misled, or ignored by those in positions of power — especially in matters involving construction defects, fraudulent liens, and real estate-related financial abuses. We serve people who often feel voiceless against builders, contractors, and insurers with deep pockets and deep influence. We exist to level that playing field — not with slogans, but with action. With strategic, relentless, and principled advocacy rooted in faith, not fear.

Our work is not easy. It demands long hours, thick skin, and a willingness to risk and fail in pursuit of something greater than ourselves. As Theodore Roosevelt wrote, “The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood… who strives valiantly… who errs, who comes short again and again… but who does actually strive to do the deeds.” That spirit is woven into the culture of this firm. We do not sit on the sidelines. We are in the fight — for our clients, for justice, and for what is right.

We also know that no result, no victory, and no reputation is worth the loss of our soul. As Mark 8:36 warns, “For what does it profit a man to gain the whole world and forfeit his soul?” Our goal is never simply to win — it is to win the right way, with honor. For “to do righteousness and justice is more acceptable to the Lord than sacrifice” (Proverbs 21:3).
